i couldnt just watch without supporting, touring car i can, its very entertaining, f1 is more away from what im used to [ie nothing like road cars] plus its a bit dull more often than not.. last few years has been more about off track thn on lol

I will definitely be watching next year refueling was banned in the 80s and it was one of the eras of F1!

i think the refuelling ban will make it pretty exciting towards the end of the races, maybe people will try pushing it and run out of fuel on the last lap. and it will help us learn the real pace of the cars without doubting how much fuel they have.

I agree - this thread is a little nonsensical. Assuming that we're all F1 fans (as we're members of an F1 forum) the default would be that we all want to continue to follow the sport.

There's a tolerance among F1 fans that doesn't exist in other sports. Technology advances and so rules have to change.

But if there were so many needless rule changes in any other main stream sports, the fans would have started walking away by now.
