I think whoever goes to McLaren next year is going to be the number 2 driver, just like anyone that goes to renault whilst Alonso is there.

Ya think? Any driver who replace's Kovi will alway's play second fiddle to Hammy, I thought this was already established?

Was interesting to hear EJ say that Nico Rosberg will be at brawn next season (his words not mine) on the grounds he doesn't want to play second fiddle to lewis at McLaren next year.

Kimi for McLaren.

Well, yeah i'd agree cause we've seen both teams give one driver new parts and such first, while the other has had to wait until the next race...

They were also mentioning the fact the Schu is getting very near to a return.I would be very surprised if he did.
If that is true they have Schu,Massa,Kimi,Badoer,Fisi and still possibly Alonso to come. Not sure about wanting three cars they need 6 :hehe:

MS just renewed his contract with Ferrari for another 3yr's so I'm thinking another season is possible.

Three car's, man you should be on Comedy Central! :D

I'm sure they said he was nearing a return, can anyone else confirm what they said ?.Wish i hadn't deleted the sky+ now :banghead:

Rosberg should be ok at brawn, as long as they have a good car next year and I think they will - with brawn in charge and a major sponsor.

Kimi at maclaren playing second fiddle to lewis? hell if he goes that better not happen, he'll be fully aware theres no reason for him to be number two when up against lewis. I can't see him going if he doesn't get equal treatment.
#152004
I'm still hoping for Hamilton and Rosberg at McLaren but I want them to be treated equally. If that can't happen then Rosberg at Brawn isn't too bad, I'm assuming it would be Rubens' seat he'd be stepping into.

Kimi should leave F1 imho.

Why? He's driving superbly at the moment!

Maybe so, but he isn't enjoying it and is lacking the much needed passion!!!

Rubbish, he wouldn't be doing it if he wasn't enjoying it.

Let's use and example? Right Lewis won a race and Kimi has? There both a champ and Lewis was 10 times happier... Henson won and he was happy! They are still madly in love with the sport. I believe Kimi has lost the spark! Look at the McLaren wins he earnt? Happy as a 5 year old at Xmas! Now days it's different. I believe WRC really will be getti g it's next superstar :)

But kimi has said himself he dosn't want to retire from F1.

And Briatore claims he innocent? I only think he's in it for the money. I just doubt he will stay

Dude that don't make sense Kimi is under no duress to decide what he wants to do next year wheras of course Flav is going to say hes innocent?

I don't think Kimi is the type of person to beat around the bush if he says he wants to remain in F1 then he means it.

No what i was getting at is that anyone can say anything. As Santander are going to drop McLaren this season i could see Ferrari easily using the rest of the 2009 packages to pay him off and have a chat with FIAT to fund a WRC season for him. Then take a percentage of the package Santander could give Ferrari and pay Alonso. As we all know that is what goes on, Plus they were talking about this in Friday P1+2. It's imaginable really. But it depends on the money situation in 2010. But after all this is over i believe Alonso will be there.

When you lot speak about this, 3 car team it can make the picture more clear for a
Massa, Alonso & Raikkonen team then that would also give McLaren Hamilton, Rosberg & Heikki. Which is a realistic view, depending on the outcome of the FIA president bids? But i think a 3 car team would provide us with more action! & for the major team fans Like Bud etc. This would provide a nice big battle!!!

MM called it a fantasy today. At least DiMontezemolo's fantasies aren't as dirty as MM's :P

depends if the 3rd car is a rally car!

if you think about it Kimi and Lewis would be OK, because I can not imagine Kimi getting upset if he is beaten or if he gets less attention. In a way less attention is what Kimi would like

From the outside that seems a good point. It's always pretty hard to tell what he's thinking though.
