Villeneuve's is the only 2nd place on debut I can think of. The trick is probably that there used to be a greater number of points issued for 2nd.

Villeneuve's is the only 2nd place on debut I can think of. The trick is probably that there used to be a greater number of points issued for 2nd.

In 1996 you got 6 points for 2nd according to wiki.

The Williams was the fastest car, the McLaren was at best equal with Ferrari. If we're going for moral wins I'd say it's Lewis'
