Try drinking a gallon of water each day, it will make a few cup's seem irrelevant .

Tea all the way. Twinings Everyday for, uh, every day drinking. Then a little Lapsang Souchong for when I'm in that kind of mood.

I like both, and I always like them both black without any milk or sugar. I like Chinese green tea as well, the real stuff where you put leaves in the bottom of the cup - and the best part you can use them up to 5 times by just simply topping up with hot water.

My dad has been across to China quite a lot the past few years on business, he brings back some green tea from there quite a lot, either that or one of his contacts sends us some.
