not sure, i guess they arent expecting to get into the 2010 season.. even tho there could be a place eventually. im sure this could be used in 2010 if they wanted too. i suppose they wouldnt want specualation that they could take bmw's place if they pull out.

not to be picky but F1 wind tunnel testing is only allowed with 60% scale models.

No idea but that is a very very under developed model! If they made the car like that then it would be much much slower than other teams!

yeah but apparently 60% yields the best data. so i was told at McLarens wind tunnel.

yup the closest to full size gives the best data! the only reason Lola have used a small model is probably because their wind tunnel isn't big enough!

As far as i'm aware apart from KERS i don't seen any potential rule changes from the 2010 to the 2011 championship in the pipeline. They could take out the barge board and double diffuser loops holes though.

If they are targetting a 2011 place and are starting on a car this early they are running a risky move, what if they can't get on the grid by then?

Having said that, sometimes you have to speculate to accumulate.
