What are your 3 favourite/ least favourite teams/ drivers?

Assuming it's just teams and drivers currently involved in Formula One:

Favourite Teams:

1. McLaren
2. Williams (Yes, they've been a bit spiffy lately, but they're an historic team and epitomise Formula One)
3. BMW (Until lately anyway, as they were a big company who managed to get themselves sorted in the sport, before bottling it)

Least Favourite Teams:

1. Ferrari (Absolute scum: self-righteous, overrated, and cheats)
2. Toyota (A horrible outfit in just about all ways)
3. Renault (Because of Briatore, who's of Ferrari's ilk)

I'm really not sure how to answer the drivers one. For instance, I like how Webber(usually) has the guts to say what he thinks, but he is very often is a whinger and I prefer other people's driving, such as the aggressive styles of Alonso and Hamilton. Then, there are likeable guys like Raikkonen, whom I just find amusing.

i think we can include drivers from this season

In that case I'll add Piquet jnr. to my least liked list. I felt sorry for him when he was driving but his excuses, whining and now his part in the whole Renault scandal have started to annoy me. I haven't got the heart to put Badoer on there though, he was dreadful but I didn't dislike him.
