It's one game, and the atmosphere will be extremely hostile for the Netherlands. Plus the Netherlands have already qualified. So ranking will count for nothing in this match.

Although last time we rocked up at Hampden we did the same, i think? Can't believe the last England - Scotland match was in 1999!

Yeah, but to be fair the SFA have approached England on a number of occasions to try and organise a friendly and the FA have turned it down. So what more can we do at our end ?

Wales, Northern Ireland, Scotland and I think the Rep of Ireland have set up a Celtic cup. They wanted to bring England in to recreate the Home Nations, but again the English said no.
