I don't recall Hamilton ever being in exactly that situation so it's a bit of a presumption to say that the stewards would have acted differently if it was him. We simply don't know that.
Raikkonen did gain an advantage, he built up extra speed on the run off area which took him passed N.Heidfeld into 3rd place.
As I said in the beginning if L.Hamilton had done the same maneuver there would have been a stewards inquiry.
