Tilke needs to get a full training course at Spa before designing any other new track: 1 Month camping at Spa. No water no food, no money, no one to talk to. Just a car and petrol. Collect water from the rain and eat rabbits.

I reckon he's talking about the fact they'll alternate Spa and the Newburgring just so Bernie can bring in a boring Tilke track in. So in that case Tilke should be "taught how to design a decent" track so whatever he conjures up will be something good enough to replace Spa on the years it doesn't host.

Sadly that won't happen, Tilke will never ditch his "fettish corners" for anything else.
