I love conspiracy theories: the Marie Celeste crew and passengers were abducted by aliens, Marilyn Munroe was done away with by the CIA, and Ferrari set up a massive sting to get Mclaren discredited. They're making the film of it next year starring Robert Redford and Paul Newman as JT and RD. (Jesus! ) Can we bring back the x-files as a special for Mulder and Scully to reveal the truth? Or maybe Ruth Rendell could write it up as a best selling novel? Maybe Ferrari are demonic vampire mutants out to get McLaren and there could be a Buffy the Vampire Slayer special? No?

I'm not the one talking drivel, I'm having fun! As I've said before (and as long as all and sundry keep going on about the spying I will go on saying it) I enjoy the sport for its own sake. I also enjoy picking up other people's nonsense and taking it to extreme limits. Let's see, double standards and winning by dubious methods - oh, pirates! Maybe they could make a film called "Pirates of the F1: Ferrari Cheated Disguised as McLaren" - for the Black Pearl substitute a Ferrari car. Still starring Johnny Depp though. Yes they were caught and it was a minor thing with a massive penalty.The people involved (Alonso and De la Rosa) were given a let off and are now being protected by FIA.
Past experience suggests that had it been Ferrari no case would have been brought. They may have had a slapped wrist and told "Dont do that again". No way would they have been persued and punished . Not a level playing field [/quote]
