I think Red Bull and Brawn are the only one who shouldn't give up, but them people say money for 3rd in constructors is alot.
Thats why McLaren are getting there, everyone else has given up. :D

I think everyone had updates for the last race so they only just given up and i'm not sure if that was wise considering the rules are not much different testing new ideas and concepts on track this year will be worth it. McLaren's work share is currently 50/50 this years and next years car.

Yep Mclaren have it dead right when they say next years revised rules are Evolutionary rather than Revoulotionary.

Look at BMW they pulled out of 08 deveopment and lost the chance at a WDC for Kubica and in 2009 they have been rubbish.

Alonso would kick Hamilton's arse if he moved back to McLaren, his time with them in 2007 with all of the controversies appears to have made him a stronger driver as well, and this time he'll know how to deal with McLaren's "Captain Invincible".

I don't know about kick his arse, but I would give Alonso a slight edge for sure.

McLaren surely design their car to suit Hamilton, giving him the edge over Alonso before abilities are considered.

Luckily in Alonso's case he could use his famous "six tenths" to bring matters into his favour. :D

But I think that is written off by Alonsos ability to set a car up

Alonso would be a fool to go to McLaren while Ham boy is still there, he blatantly has the team wrapped around his finger. No one in their right mind would go to McLaren atm and hope to be even an equal number one driver

Yeah, fair point, but it's setting up a car Hamilton knows the ins and outs of - the pros and cons are easy to swing both ways with these two.

It would be awesome and the only way to settle the arguement, but you should learn from your mistakes. And McLaren I'm sure view that pairing as a mistake.
