I have no clue about this year, but all I do know is that the team who gets their engine right, whether restricted V10 or new V8, will win the championship. I think the field may be more spread out than last year too, I just hope its not a one horse race. Be good to see what Redball teams do - very interesting, defo the joker in the pack.

Yeah, agree re the redbull lot. However, think Ferrari will be back this year, and perhaps even Williams.

Michael will get close but fail, Kimi will win a number of races, Alonso one race but the surprise will be Ralf Schumacher who will edge ahead of Kimi to win!

What a twist. ;)

Takuma sato will win all the races in the Super Aguri team by punting everybody else off the track.

On a serious note though, does anyone else think Sato can't drive? :?:

For an experienced driver (meaning non-rookie), he IS incvolved in too many accidents, isn't he ?

I think he should pick up another sport

Lol, he's the only driver I don't enjoy watching - however, he's meant to be a very nice chap! He just has a habit of crashing...

Well, depends on who he is crashing into 8)

What does it take to get your superlicense withdrawn ? If somebody causes so many accidents one should think it would have consequenses

A couple of predictions:

I think Williams will be surprisingly good because of the Cosworth engines (they are V8 masters)
I think that after a few races when Newy gets to grips with things that the Redbull will be very competitive.
I think that the BAR will be very powerful but whether the chasis will be as good as the engine is to be seen ! Apparently the V8 is similar technology to motorbike engines so Honda may have an edge.

I'm going to stop there because i've just had three thinks on a Friday night, it's worn me out LOL

True, it makes me laugh though - Montoya can do no right, but is actually a good driver. Whereas Sato 'Bang Whallop' continues on without challenge, with all the carbon fibre he collects on the nose of his car he could probably build a whole one after each season is over!

Well instead of saying who you think will do well....when the season starts off then why not put your predictions in on the racingpredictions site ....its always good to see who was actually closer to 'reality' at the end of the season... :D

I hadnt seen this so I asked a question on the thread I started off in another section ( me saying hi) was it a wise move to have Taku back behind the wheel - so apologies for doubling over
