PLEASE NICO; SIGN WITH MCLAREN AND SHOW HOW TALENTED YOU ARE!!!

Nico + Hamilton is a wonderful duo, young talented fast aggressive drivers, who are good friends

Not always great having two good friends in such close contact all the time, getting in each others way.

Williams have changed their tune. Not long ago, Rosberg was being slated. Clearly, the team were sulking over his thoughts of leaving. As much as Rosberg's leaving will be a bummer for Williams, they cannot complain, really. Rosberg has given the team enough time to get its house in order, but nothing serious has materialised. To progress his career, Rosberg has to move elsewhere.

Yes I agree but I do not think McLaren is the answer. there is only room for one organ grinder at Mclaren and one Monkey.

But McLaren have to have two fast drivers or they wont win constructors titles just like 2008!

Yep, Nico will get badly treated at McLaren even if he is good friends with Hamilton, that won't stop him getting all the inferior equipment.

I don't think Nico will be much of a loss providing Sir Frank brings in somebody like Kubica (which is very likely) because unlike Nico, Kubica has taken pole, won a race and been in the frame for race wins, so he'll know how to get the job done.

Because Rosberg hasn't taken pole and hasn't won a race in F1, doesn't mean he doesn't know how to. The guy has thrown almost nothing away, finishing in good positions week after week, while his teamate... just doesn't. If the Williams were quick enough, Rosberg would have done both by now.

Well i have herd that Hulkenburg maybe taking a trip to Ferrari? what! that would be pretty awesome for the youngster. But then again that would show to Williams that he is worth a couple of quid. But then i herd Bourdais could have a shot? that really annoyed me. As there is potential in the German. But i think the frenchman has lost his chances, Nico to McLaren would be the greatest turning point in his career. As i fully believe he could form himself under thew wing of the Silver arrows, but then i think Heikki will stay and be a test driver. His overall quallyfying pace is preytty impressive at times but not as repeated as it would be with Nico.

But what about Alonso? or if Massa (god forbid) will not be as fit before and not able to race anymore, Badoer wouldnt get the seat. I doubt Ferrari wouldn´t like to snap him up. But then McLaren are allot more impressive?

Well obviously yeah Nico having won races in lower formulae knows how to win, but because Williams are slowly coming back towards the front, it's been too long since they had an F1 race winner in one of their cars. If Nico goes and Kubica comes in, at least with his abilities he can carry the team on where Nico left off.

You know what would be better, though, don't you? Having both of them. :)

Williams couldn't afford both of them.

Kubica and Rosberg? Wouldn't be too expensive, I don't think. Look at Kubica's options: Toyota, Renault, Williams, McLaren. He said the other day that the potential for a team to improve, something which Toyota and Renault aren't really showing at the moment. If McLaren don't snap Kubica up, that leaves Williams, and I think he'd be willing to accept less in return for the chance to go somewhere, which really is something that Toyota can't seem to offer.

Although Kubica will get a degree of compensation with his contract being terminated a year earlier I still think he'll go to a team which will offer him more money.

Even if Williams can afford him, I doubt they can afford Kubica AND Rosberg. To keep Nico im sure they are going to have to up his wages as well as promise him the car.

It all depends on Rosberg really which is why the two won't be team mates next year in a Williams and if they are then they won't be getting as much money as they did previously.

Let's face facts here, Williams would be wiser to opt for either or and give someone like the Hulk the second seat.

With the Hulk dominating in GP2, I think giving him a Williams seat would be a good idea now. The fact he has been at the factory building FW31 parts in between GP2 races will allow him to contribute in car development. He will also have nothing to lose and everything to gain in his first season in F1 so he will be itching to push whoever his team-mate ends up being.

By the time Hulk gets a drive there might not be anymore gravel traps left in F1. :(
