Look at it this way. I switched to 5 live commentary.
The issue to me is that there is no chemistry between Legard and Brundle. It's like they're not even in the same room at times. Crofty and Davidson talk to each other, during commentary, discuss things and come up with some genuinely interesting stuff. They talk like good mates, which adds a dimension to the commentary. Allen and Brundle had much better chemistry i'd say.
I suspect that Brundle is sat there thinking "this guy's an idiot", that's what I'm doing when I watch.
That thought had crossed my mind. That's why I like Brundle so much and dislike Legard in equal amounts. Brundle is a fan and commentator, Legard is, well, Legard.
Pushing on, round the bend, on a charge, vettle from hamilton from barry chello. On they go, kicking on, down the straight. He's on a charge. ffs.
