Someone stabbed him in the legs seemingly for moving between rival teams. This person stabbed his mum too. Absolute scum.

I'll keep my opinion to myself and just add that I wish him a speedy recovery and hope that his career is not effected too severely.

It's just popped up in the news now and apparently the "scum" that's in custody is his sister's boyfriend. I'm not sure if that's more disturbing or not but either way it's a despicable thing to do, to anyone. I really don't understand some people

Jeez you gotta have a mental illness if you feel the need to go and stab somone for esseintialy changing job, i mean i know there's ferice rivalries in football but its just a sport at the end of the day
