the teams try different weight dist all the time during testing, its so easy to change, and its practically common knowledge in the pit lane, it's so easy to find out..

brake ballance is similar, as there's nothing really to hide, as the driver can change the ballance from corner to corner

McLaren did nothing other teams havent done(less than many) They were set up by the FIA and Ferrari-Simple! You dont need links and pictures to try to persuade people otherwise. Its obvious

You dont need to keep posting pictures and links(Which we now have twice) to try to convince people how bad McLaren were guilty anything other teams dont do(some teams much worse). Its simple. They were set up byFIA and Ferrari. This is obvious

apologies for the three posts, but i put them on as i read them...

however, as stated in the FIA hearing by McLaren's Lawyer.. it is VERY hard to prove that you did not recieve paperwork... it is very easy to convince someone that is was recieved with heresay and supposition, without providing any ACTUAL proof, which is exactly what happened here...

seems me and racechick, are the only two reading the same evidence.. or lack of!!!

Mikep99, the poing is, there is not REAL evidence of McLaren ever having the dossier in the offices.. there is no REAL evidence of McLaren having used the dossier.. the only REAL evidence is of spanish drivers and sacked drawing office manager texting and emailing about testing settings which were obtained before the dossier was passed, and this is info that gets passed around the paddock all the time and i guarantee Ferrari have that info on the McLaren and HAVE tested it.!!!

There is no REAL evidence of the dossier being used.. just heresay and supposition..

McLaren have effectively been fined and thrown out of the championship for having data that EVERY team CAN and DOES get from the other teams.. it's just that McLaren's drivers were STUPID enough to write it down where it could be seen!!! To be honest, i suspect that this was a deliberate act by FA, as he knew before the start of the season that McLaren treats their drivers equally, and he wanted to be able to throw something at RD to get his way, just in case LH was as good as his reputation.. Trouble is, he wasn't banking of LH being BETTER than his rep.. and RD having the integrity and honesty to go to MM when he was being blackmailed, rather than caving and giving FA what he wanted.

he would have seen PdlR at the test, and even if not, he has a phone...

why else would he have been talking to Coughlan (drawing office manager) about brake ballance and weight distribution.. neigther of these are anything to do with Coughlan... he'd have spoken to his engineers, or called or emailed someone at the factory who works on the simulator..
