I think Barrichello has hit form. Although we are now approaching Red Bull "tracks", I feel that both Brawn might just do enough to minimise the points loss.

Red Bull's gap to Brawn in the constructors' title is much less ominous. It's going to come down to two things, in my view. First, whether each team's drivers are on form. Barrichello, for the most part, has been shown up by Button and hasn't sealed the deal when it was there to be done. However, perhaps with his victory, he'll now drive a lot better. For Red Bull, Vettel has failed to come up with the goods as well. Undoubtedly, he's a future world champion, but he's still too green. The second thing is the weather. The warmer the track temperature, the more it plays into Brawn's hands.

Definitely. Two engine failures in a weekend for one driver is completely unheard of in Formula One nowadays. It really leaves Vettel short for the remainder of the season, especially with Spa and Monza coming up back to back!

I think answer to the question will be found out next week. was this just a brawn track or have brawn found some of it's speed again?

I believe that Brawn still have the advantage especially with Red Bull falling back and the next couple of tracks will favour Brawn I would say as traditionally Spa and Monza are pretty warm races, albeit with a scattering of rain at Spa. It shows how far behind Red Bull are falling because of their announcement they may use KERS in Spa. Suddenly Red Bull are only the fourth fastest team because of the KERS teams finally getting to grips with the new technology!

I wouldn't say that. The Red Bull is arguably still the second fastest or fastest car on some circuits. The last two tracks have flattered the KERS cars over the mechanical and aerodynamic advantages at Brawn and Red Bull. Red Bull will probably be about the fastest package round Spa (Since it's going to be cooler than Valencia, though not exactly cold) and Brawn will probably do alright. The KERS cars might also be in the mix - Kimi's in particular. After that, it becomes kind of a tug of war between Brawn and Red Bull. The heat suits Brawn, some of the tracks suit Red Bull (Though it's worth noting, results like Turkey for example showed that Brawn might have done away with their deficiencies versus Red Bull on the tracks thought to favour Team Energy Drinks, even if the cooler temperatures have still been causing Brawn issues).
