England need to knock over a few wickets early tomorrow to stand a chance, if the Aussies get a partnership going then I expect the game to end in a draw. A win or a draw suits the Aussies although I am sure that Australia would like to win the series rather than keep the Ashes by default!

You think they can bat for two days straight? I'm thinking they might get a decent score but I doubt (and hope) they won't manage to stay that long.

I wouldn't country Australia out; they are perfectly capable of batting for two days. And in two days they could easily hit 600 runs. But I doubt they'll play many big hits unless it's a very short delivery. England have the upper hand for sure but England need that vital breakthrough wicket; if Australia manage to get to 200 without loss then the momentum will start to swing in their favour. I hope that isn't the way it goes but I am not taking anything for granted!

Woo! Awesome :)

A good fight by the Aussies, although it was a near-impossible task to make 546 on the last innings at the Oval. Had they had a reasonable first innings, they could have won it, but I'm glad they didn't. Now to look forward to the next one where I fully expect that they'll push us very hard to get them back :)
