it seems to me since 1999 mclaren has done nothing in both world championships, enter fernando alonso who quite honestly set mclaren up this year with his experience and there winning.good examples are him not sharing set up info with lewis or do u really think that lewis would have won anything this year?mclaren people are talking rubbish about fernando that he is a cheat and so on but dont realise he is the one probably going to win the championship?i personaly dont think that mclaren would have done anything this year without him. makes u think dosent it?

That's the point. They just send s*** to Fernando and Pedro trying to clean it's own image. McLaren is digging his own grave. Congratulations Ron, you'll get fired.

Mercedes has been seriously damaged with this.

They remain committed to McLaren and cannot understand why people would expect any different. They work closely with Ron,do not doubt his honesty and integrity and understan the politics of F1. They know the score.

Ron Dennis is a minority shareholder now...

40% Mercedes
30% a bahraini holdings company (cant remember the name
15% each for RD and the owner of TAG (again cant remember his name)

so not hard to get him to step down..

can you cut out the shouting crap... it's really annoying, we can read small letters!!!

Read carefully:

how can Ron get fired??

R00DIT is not stating that, can you not see the question marks :?:

Maybe the larger text has made you incapable of reading normal text.

Made it larger just in case you couldn't read my post.

well said Denilson, but like i was saying, RD can't be fired as such, but the shareholders can insist he step down from day-to-day running of the team..

yeah me... i'd take a fraction of the money.. lol

it'll probably be Whitmarsh.. he's had his nose up RD's arse so long it'll take a crowbar to separate them but he'll do the job.

I sure hope not Whitmarsh - they need a new brush to sweep that whole team and whip them up in shape (ethically) and Whitmarsh would be damaged goods.
Mercedes might want to let their shareholder muscles speak and put NH in charge - he knows the joint and yet would probably be viewed as a man of change - heck, if FB can run a team so can NH! RB is still looking and if Ferrari don't accommodate him, you can bet McLaren would fingerlicking want him.

Damn right. Ferrari would be clowns to let him go. He is a tactical genius and one of the people I put in my Formula One dream team.
