I think if Alonso wants to leave they don't actually have to pay him.
Which is good, cause he dosen't even deserve anthing from this year.

WTF, Ferrari is not some open seat team. Ferrari already have 2 of the best drivers, and neither of them will leave till they reitre now that they have equal driver rights.
Besides, neither driver will leave till they retire, which means Kimi will leave before Massa causes he older.

Could well be ,you can bet Alonso will have to fork out a lot of cash to buy himself out of his contract

There are holding on to Alonso because of the Spainish bank factor........Great Britain got so many great banks......why don't Ron Dennis do some phoning eh eh....... :D:D

Indeed, Williams are backed by RBS, Stewart/Jaguar got HSBC backing and are now floating around again since Jaguar went. Barclays would probably be tough to get sponsorship from as they sponsor the English Premier League.
