Hello everyone,

My girlfriend and I are going to the Abu Dhabi GP but staying in Dubai. Does anyone know if there is a bus we could catch with other F1 fans staying in Dubai?

Ps I've never been on a forum before so sorry if i'm being rude by launching straight into the subject!!

hey mate, I doubt anyone here would be able to help aside from the fact there has never been a Abu Dhabi GP before so no one can talk from experience. But there should be a shuttle service i would say.

Take the Emirates Express bus.

The coaches will take two hours to run the 150km long route. The first bus will leave Al Ghubaibah station (Dubai) at 6am and the last one will leave the station at 9pm. The first bus from Abu Dhabi main bus station will start at 6.30am and the last bus will leave the station at 9.30pm. Services from each station will be operated at a frequency of 45 minutes and additional coaches will be put on service as per demand increases in the future.

Thanks for the info bud. In your reply you mention that the bus goes to the main bus station in Abu Dhabi. I guess then we'd have to get another bus to the circuit (which we would've passed coming into Abu Dhabi from Dubai).

I imagine there are quite a few people staying in Dubai that will travel to the circuit to see the race. I'm sure if enough people are interested we could arrange to hire a bus to take us to and from the circuit from a central point in Dubai.
