McLarenites?

I loled.

:D

we have our own country its in a small part of Woking, its called McMercLand

Good, just make sure your not there when it gets nuked. :hehe:

And now if Ferrari are struggling then McLaren are far worse. End of the day doesn't matter if McLaren have won a race and Ferrari not yet. Ferrari has more points and has been more consistent than McLaren. After the stuff up of the first 4 races, Ferrari has done ok behind Red Bull and Brawn and even in the last race had Massa not been injured he would of scored points for at least 2nd or thrd and thus Ferrari would of again scored higher than McLaren.

As for the 2009 chamoionship. McLaren nor Lewis will win so who cares. As long as McLaren doesn't win, it is all good.

And lastly what I have been waiting for. Michael Schumacher the greatest driver ever to live on this planet will not only beat the aveage (When compared to Schumacher) driver Lewis Hamilton, he will mock him and belittle the malo peder. Only Alonso comes close to Schumacher as a great driver. But is only close. Schumacher is still the best. SCHUMACHER IST DER WELTMEISTER, HAMILTON IST SCHASSE.

The only reason you have more points is because of Lewis race ban.

As for Schui Being the best driver on the planet:

Top 5 pole percentage
Hamilton 28.89
Schumacher 27.20
Alonso 13.53
Massa 12.93
Vettel 11.11

Top 5 Win percentage:
Fangio 60.00
Ascari 50.00
Clark 50.00
Stewart 41.54
Schumacher 41.18

LOL.

Again this system has its flaws. Mainly because unlike say cricket, Formula One has changed over time in terms of number of races on the calendar, reliability etc etc etc.

Granted: until now, Ferrari have been more consistent than McLaren. However, even before Hungary, McLaren had shown a little bit more to suggest they would be able to win a Grand Prix, albeit at the slower tracks. Since Germany, however, McLaren look to have a slight edge over Ferrari. It will be interesting to see how things play out. At the moment, I would much rather be in McLaren's situation. Regardless of whether the team does or does not have potential, they've won a race, and that's a pretty big achievement.

Well we need to see if Ferrari review their development policies in light of Schumacher's return and how well they do in Valencia.

Ferrari may have a slight head start on 2010 things.

Very true mate as you cannot ever count out a team like McLaren or a driver like Lewis.

So, let's say a driver races in two grand prix and ends up with one pole and one victory, i.e. 50% for each for his career. Another driver contests >200 races with 40+% wins or poles. Whose percentages are more useful, significant and indicative for performance? Keeping such high numbers up over a long career is way more difficult and a better measure for greatness.
