I am a resident of Wales, and normally get the usual coverage of our sport. Last weekend however, HTV took it upon themselves to wipe out afternoon coverage of F1 and make do with a half baked "highlights" farce. Instead of our usual afternoon of seldom seen motorsport, we had to watch a game of overweight, unfit, hard drinking so called rugby players. HTV comented that this is the "sport of Wales" and everything else took second place in Wales. As a Welshman, people may find it hard to believe that I detest rugby and so do many more welshmen. In fact there are far more people in Wales that take part in and are interested in motorsport than rugby-- you just have to see the crowds who visit the rally championship. I am sick of being associated with a bad game, drunken, useless players just because I come from wales. If HTV can't cover F1 any more perhaps they should give it back to the BBC, who not only never canceled it for rugby, but did a better job of the whole coverage!!
