The one area where he did wrong was in holding conversations about the information from Ferrari. He really should have known better, but then the assumption is that all teams do this anyway, we only heard about this case because evidence got in to the hands of the FIA this time...

HOW CAN THEY SAY THAT? The testamony was clear McLaren Mercedes used the same gas to fill the tires that Ferrari was. Alonso wanted it rushed into service as soon as it was revealed by their spying. It's another LIE from McLaren Mercedes and another expamle of their open cheating. Meclaren Mercedes has ZERO ethics and integrity.
