I wish Alonso was in a better car. I want to see Schumacher, Hamilton and Alonso racing each other

Yeh that would be mint.

Mind you him vs Kimi in the same car is going to be cool

Lewis will beat him tho..

I've never been a huge Schumacher fan but I'd love him to blow Kimi away

hahah you really don't like kimi then.

I think we need Mika to come back to Mclaren for a few races now.

especialy with spa comming up.

Is it that obvious

[Jamie]

I am not sure that he will sparkle us with an awesome feat, but then again he did get in the car after a while and still top the time sheets? So I'm not sure really, as normally i can make a good cll on stuff like this, but i do think because of the new Ferrari in which has improved massively over the past few months, i think the track will suit there car nicely and also i think the track will suit Schumacher's style a little nicely. So i think his main man to beat will be Raikkonen, as he wont be second driver to him will he? No. He will be team captain again. I think a podium will do greatly for his first race. IMO

[Amanda]

Its the return of the king!! This is the best news I have had all year! Well apart from my new job...

I hope his car is good. No doubt Schumi will be able to extract the most out of the package. On another note maybe this will be the kick the pants Kimi need to get his act together. It won't be any good for his driving reputation if he is beaten by a man that has been out of the sport for 3 years

They got a podium in the last race so they're on the up.

no i don't think anyone else noticed.

Just try not to act too pleased if it does happen for the sake of the Kimi fans.

Schumacher is better than Alonso, he can get the most out of any Car. So to be honest i think he will be the man to beat this Race

[Ineluke]

Schumacher may live to regret coming back,it's going to be great watching him get beat by at least three drivers i could name.

Their car is just not quick enough no matter who is behind the wheel.

[Calvin]

Hamilton, Raikkonen, Alonso, Button, Barrichello, Webber, Vettel my lips are well and truly whetted........

pity its not at Monza

[McLaren Fan]

A bit of a surprise, then.

I'm in two minds about this. I'm excited to see an all-time great, whose name was a bi-word for Formula One for fifteen odd years; but, on the other hand, I fear he could tarnish his legacy should things go pear-shaped.

Interesting news!

* waits for AKR post-gasm *

"The most important thing first: thanks God, all news concerning Felipe are positive. I wish him all the best again.

I was meeting this afternoon with Stefano Domenicali and Luca di Montezemolo and together we decided that I will prepare myself to take the place of Felipe. Though it is true that the chapter Formula 1 has been closed for me since long and completely, it is also true that for loyalty reasons to the team I cannot ignore that unfortunate situation. But as the competitor I am I also very much look forward to facing this challenge."

Plus all you people that are just chatting
Shut up, because you are all just little haters. This season has just seen a new winner, Hamilton, now for you Hamilton fans, he can prove he "might" be the best, and you fans that just watch can have a nice spice up?

But until the race, we have no evidence. So be quiet!!!!

because it is going to be amazing

You would never diss MJ, so do not Diss Schumi

I agree in some ways, as he is not used to the new ways, but then he was in at the time when F1 was at it's hardest, he's not like Jacques. So i do not see a slight problem with that, but then in his last years in F1 he did not do the very best he could and we remembered him for the amazing things he could do.

I believe he will bring the heat and also will bring a few wins

The famous Schumacher jump baby

Hahaha.

Wow. You know, I spent all day saying that he wouldn't come back and that we would be seeing Gené. I'm going to feel so silly tomorrow.

I think no matter how he performs his reputation as one of the greats will remain intact.

I think hes 40, not race fit and not used ot a 2009 car so if he scores a point i'll be impressed.

And don't take this the wrong way back in his day Schui was one of the best drivers F1 has ever seen.

But he hasn't raced in a F1 car for 3 years.

Gonna be cool to see him back tho.

It's just a shame massa had to be injured for this to happen

I honestly thought it was just the media hyping it up at first, I never imagined he would actually step in. I'm a little shocked right now

Full agree!!!!
As i said above, he is the greatest driver of all time, like Rossi, he had some off days but today Rossi is the greatest rider of all, hey i have fount my love for F1 again

Full agree mate, i think if he gets points that will be awesome, but the pressure will be immense in which i think could work in his favor in some form.
