I think that a great point.......but Mclaren wasn't excluded the ruling is madness and it's turning people of F1.

Ferrari have always been the biggest cheats in F1, together with the French governing body they have colluded to eliminate the very successful British McLaren team who have at last found a good British driver to show them how to do it properly ! Sadly in over 40 years as a dedicated F1 fan I know only too well that when the Brits start doing well the French and the Italians will gang up and move the goal posts to cover up their lack of engineering skill and ability. I've no doubt that Mclaren have broken some rules but no more than Ferrari and Renault have done many times in the past and got away with no more than a minor reprimand.
