Kubica could potentially be free this year. If his contract with BMW includes 2010 then presumably they are now in breach of contract, so he could get out early?

Alternatively, perhaps we could have Buttongate number three. Why doesn't he try to jump ship into the now evidently faster Ferrari to hold onto his championship lead?!

I'm pretty sure both BMW driver contracts end after 2009 so they wont have broken their contracts.

The moment Kubica reads the McLaren seat job description and sees "you will be obliged to move over for Lewis and/or in special circumstances Anthony Hamilton / Lewis' pussycat doll" he will walk out.
