i dont think that it would b great if Schumacher came back. He had his time in the sun in F1, leave it to someone else to have a pop in the Ferrari. There isnt that many people i speak to who miss Schumi.
I agree, should Piquet stay at Renault, Bourdais is the top of the list. I would love it if either went and get a podium, but i fear Piquet would still struggle, but i dont think Bourdais would

In all seriousness, seeing Luca Badoer try to get that elusive point would be awesome! Their driver choice is gonna hint towards their plans for next year too - we all know a veteran driver would just be filling in, but a younger driver might suggest Ferrari have plans for that driver in the future?

it would be a great testbed for a potential driver to be picked up for one of next years new teams..

I dont think ferrari will give it too much thought tho, just need someone to fill in the seat, while they can concentrate on pushing kimi.

Badoer or Gene should get the seat for the time being. To me it makes the most sense given the testing ban, and their levels of experince, i would also dare say that their speed is underrated too...

I hope Bourdais gets a shot at Ferrari, Nicolas Todt his his manager so even thought Jean has no power within the team anymore it still might help somewhat.

Nah i wouldn't write of there test drivers or rookie.

Schui is 40 so he might just say no, Alonso's contract might prevent him for driving for SF.

Its more likely to be a rookie or a test driver, and out of the two i'd say a rookie who has raced fairly recently unlike the two test drivers who haven't raced in awhile if i'm not mistaken

Schumi shouldn't come out of retitrement because it will lessen his status, and Alonso wont because Renault seem narky about that kind of thing. When he was moving to McLaren he had to test in a blank car/overalls didn't he?

I've never seen that before actually, do you have photos of that?
