I noticed that Mclaren have been using these asymmetrical exhaust vents for the last few races. I can't figure out what advantage they offer. Does anyone know?

Also I know hat this photo was from a few races ago and here hasn't been such a huge size difference, but the left exhaust vent is always larger than the right one.

I dont know if this holds any water but maybe the cooling/radiator system is on the leftside?

Or maybe the McLaren drivers are lefties when they break wind?

turns out the left is bigger because the KERS system is housed in the left side of the car so they need a bigger vent to keep it cool.

I think the cooling system is just about perfectly symmetrical, with a rad of equal size in each side pod.
