How can you ban a team, but allow their drivers to continue in the same fraudulent car? They are part of the team, very much so. The only thing I could envision is not handing out a personal ban, i.e., they are allowed to drive for another team.

Together with KR's injury, that'll make for some interesting racing for the rest of the season.
FIA and FIFA are close enough as it is - any more interbreeding and we'll end up with Sepp Blatter running things in Monza, Spa, Monaco and all the other places.
