Im better today, its weird its like if i have a really bad day it resets me and i wake up feeling better. My depression is bad i have been diagnosed with Bipolar but i doubt that tbh, as i never appear to be elated, im either ok or im at rock bottom.

I think the main problem is living with it, and getting used to handle it, i just cant do that at the moment, all the coping technics they teach me just don't seem to work .

amazing at the moment, i had an elated spell witch was unreal neer been so happy, infact i was way over the top happy, its just a case of managing the bipolar. And learning how to do that is the difficult part.

i almost went into hospital when things got really bad, but thankfully my team are trying to keep me out due to my kid and wife.

I have totally took a new stance on it, im not going to let it win, im going to win the battle.
