It at least sounds like we may never see that horribly stupid looking CDG wing that was proposed 2 years ago and it looks like the cars may resemble the 1997 field if they also decide to widen the cars again.

never say never though. as i understand it, CDG was designed to work better with champ cars (following each other around ovals). the idea has some substance though. let's wait and see what OWG come up with first. there is no mention of movable devices in that particular article for instance.
