I got tired of this kind of thing back in the 90's . The answer is Bit Torrent. The BBC coverage is much better than Speed anyhow. The Speed guys operate from a studio in North Carolina and aren't even at most races. Te BBC guys are always at every race.

I still love Speed coverage. The commentators are the best, although Hobbs gets on my nerves sometimes when he interrupts Bob and Steve.

Hey, I love Bob Varsha and I don't even mind David Hobbs, its just that they don't have the opportunity to do the in-depth coverage the Brits do. With Eddie Jordan , David Couthard and Martin Brundle as commentators they've got a real "in" on the grid and in the paddock and are rarely turned down for pit-lane or grid interviews. Hey , if all you've got is Speed, thats cool, but I've got to commend the BBC for their extensive coverage.

For the past 3 or 4 races the channel speed has not been showing the Formula 1 races at all. All they show is qualifying. I tried to email them, but their website sucks! It has no contact info and only feedback. Why am I paying for this sh*t???? Does anyone else show Formula 1 in the USA besides speed? Am I the only one in the USA with this problem??? Your thoughts guys, thanks.

The Dosh......

Peter Windsor is pretty well "in" and gets info from the pitlane during Speed's coverage. Hope he'll continue once he's got his own team running.

Formula 1 should make major changes on covering their races on television because they are wasting time, money and ratings of the sport.
I live in Manitoba, Canada and the races are also blacked out on SPEED CHANNEL even the practice and quallifying sessions are out as well.
Formula 1 should give out coverage to major TV net works such as CBS or NBC. This would be good places to watch (better be without the tornado weather men interupting the race I don't like that too). If one of the net works get the race they should view practice, qualifying, and the official race live, and then a repeat of the race later on. ABC network would good to have the races and besides they have nothing on this channel except for boring crapy news.

Spare yourself the vagaries of network tv coverage. Learn how to use this and you will be shocked at how much racing, especially F1 is available. I get all practices, quali , pre race and race. Probably 6 hours worth from every race

I gotta tell ya this is by far the worst season F1. Not only BMW is pulling out but I cant even watch their last races. Eckle-crap and his new rules, etc. Its coming to the point where it is not even worth watching F1 anymore.

I think it's understandable as he's a big BMW fan, I would probably feel the same way about Williams if they were about to leave F1 and die out, unless a name like Lotus, Ligier or Jordan was brought back.

Well, I waited 12 years for BMW to have some sort of involvment in F1. Another reason is I like to watch F1 live and not read about it the next day.

Thank you for understanding how I feel. This announcement hit me pretty hard. It just hasn't sunk in yet. :(
