Again, when Hulkenburg is able to get into clear air near the front, he's unstoppable. Winning by 13 seconds was pretty impressive. I remember he won a race in GP2 asia, where he won by a similar margin, again, by staying out on a clean track, and just going quickly.

Anyways, 1 point now between Hulkenburg and Grosjean, and with Grosjean starting 18th tommorrow due a hydraulics problem, it seem like Hulkenburg will leave this weekend leading the championship. Grosjean really hasn't been fast recently, not to mention unluckly at times.I'm sure he'll not want his championship to start unravelling now.

Agreed, add in his complacency and your right. It was an interesting race indeed, Eurosport didn't help with it's coverage, but I can bear it if it means I can watch the conclusion to the season.

Hulkenburg is really coming on strong when it matters, Kudos to him!

Be very very affraid for today's race. The Stewarding in the wet/drying Gp2 race this morning was an absolute disgrace. They gave leader Petrov a drive thru penalty costing him the race. That's not the worst of it - all he did to Di Grassi was accidently bang his wheel at the start AND the stewards didn't come to a decision until halfway through the race (13 laps in) :banghead:

Oh feck...

What was the weather looking like throughout the race? Did it look like there was more rain to come for the F1? BBC Weather is showing that it should be raining lightly quite a bit today.

Wel it was a wet start but it has generally dried out. Erm the first sector is still damp.

However it is still cloudy, it'll be dry for the Porsche's coming up. There is still time for the rain to swoop in.

Yeah, it's still dry now, but its likely to rain soon enough.

Anyways, great GP2 race. Just great, yet ruined by Petrov getting a drive through. Seriously, I've never seen a worse decision by the race stewards. There's no opinion about, the race stewards were just wrong. It was a light tap, that did no one any harm. That personally really ticked me off. When will they listen and get those bunch of amatuer armchair experts to stop governing a sport which they frankly know nothing about.

Anyways, some great racing, and such a dominant win from Hulkenburg. Great drives from Parante and Kobayshi as well. But Grosjean, all the way from 22nd to 5th. Amazing drive. No doubt that Grosjean and Hulkenburg should be in F1 next year.

Yeah Grojean drove magnificantly - see what the boy can do when he tries lol? He restored my faith today. I was so annoyed with that Steward's decision. :banghead:

Parente and Kobayshi did have a good battle - However I wanted Petrov to overtake both of them and take second... his spin didn't help :(

Also as usual, good racing in the Porsche supercup.

If only it were the same in the Porsche Carrera Cup.
