It's cheeky to put all that money into F1 and at the same time close plants. That's why Ford Sold the Jag team amidst the closing of plants.

They hope that they can create some new jobs at Leven and Shieldhall but this is very far for staff at Kilmarnock to travel and they say only 400 new jobs may be created. The striding man has been bottled in Kilmarnock since 1820 and this closure will have a huge negative impact on the whole Kilmarnock community
