I'm sure for the teams an empty grandstand is a loss... but i dont think the Turkey GP should not be scrapped.
What F1 needs is to make the bussiness more appealing and welcoming to emerging markets. Turkey is an emerging market. Ticket prices should be the lowest and promotion expenses at the highest. If the organisers have to spend a fortune on 'rights' to host the race, that leaves them with nothing to bargain with entry fees and promotion!
