That should be interesting, especially if they took each other off.

Then again, it's always interesting if someone takes Juan Pablo off :)

It would make a change from Juan Pablo taking other people off.

i always feel that ex world champs have a right to voice their opinion. losers like montoya that can handle f1 and blames everyone else for the reason he cant win should go and *!@££*$")!**!!!!!!

I think it's a bit unfair to call Montoya loser who couldn't handle Formula One. The guy was very quick, but sadly inconsistent. Villeneuve was much the same. On his day he could be as quick as anybody, however, those days were random. Had Villeneuve not be in the Williams he would never have won the 1997 drivers' title. Much like Alonso over 2005 and 2006, he was not the best driver in his championship winning year.

Both drivers were not consistent enough to hold down places in Formula One. If Montoya is a waster then so is Villeneuve. When your Formula One career is up, where do you head? The states. :D

Try and stay on even if it's with a crap team and hope to regain form to work my way back up.

Several years ago Prost was considering starting a (then) WC team. He said you can spend just 10 million dollars and win races. I would have liked to see a Prost team there just to see how it goes.

I agree headless they were personalities. They didnt tow the corporate line but they always played fair. I wouldnt put them in the whinger category. They were both racers who didnt like the politics and cheating.Perhaps like Kimi they were born of the wrong era.

I think he tried that in F1, look what happened to that.

I have never rated JV, I am sure just like Damon Hill and Ralf they have only got to where they are because of who Dad/Brother was. The only one that stands out from the crowd is Bruno Senna also the Surtees boy is doing well

yeah, the Nascar idea came after Prost F1 was over. You need 10 times the money. Prost could not get enough money into the F1 team, and the Peugeot was a bad engine. He wanted Peugeot to put in a lot more money. They really shouldn't have been in F1 if they weren't going to develop a race winning engine. With the Ferrari Engine, they had to pay for that so they needed even more money than before. NOt enough companies willing to pay for their name on the car, so no way to develop the chassis.

In NASCAR, the engines are already proven and like I said you only need ten million to be at the pointy end. So you can't say a Prost Nascar team would do poorly just because it is Prost. I'm not saying they would have done well, I just would like to have seen how it did.

I did not mean it in that way, I meant it as a he may of been a great driver, but how was his management. I am sure his name helped a lot in forming the team
