He's now being seen in a BMW cockpit for 2009 because of a loophole in his 3-year McLaren contract. Theissen has never denied that he's a fan of FA and NH's contract is kept under wraps, i.e., they only confirm the seat for 2008 and nobody knows whether he signed for longer...

That's gonna cause a big conundrum for me: I like BMW-Sauber, but with the cry baby in it, I'd be hard pressed to root for them.

BMW's probably the only place that'll let Alonso grow his stupid beard, if he does join and Heidfeld's still there, he'll start moaning that Heidfeld's beard gets more attention.

Yes, and Jenson's got a beard at Honda. If he went to Williams (please, no!!) he'd probably be only allowed to grow a Mansell style tache.

If Alonso goes to BMW Sauber, I would not mind either of their drivers at McLaren. There is plenty of other talent about anyway. Rosberg, Sutil et al. will have more experience and be better racers than they are now in 2009. Theissen gets his blue-eyed boy and McLaren get a driver just as good, if not better, without an ego-problem. It's win-win situation.
