I think that Massa is also good motivation. Actually, he beat him last year, he is slightly better this year, so, I don't think Alonso's entrance would help.

Well, I'm pretty sure Rubens will be here next season. Everybody expected him to leave at the end of last year, but he didn't. And now, when he has such a great car, his willingness to stay is much bigger. So, I can see him having another season. And, Ross knows that is very important to have experienced driver in the team.

But, on the other hand, Jenson is also very experienced and, as far as I'm concerned, they should get rid of Rubens and hire Bruno Senna.
