Say it loud and proud, Ewman!

Roger! Roger! Roger! He defines a the word "legend". Couldn't have happened to a nicer guy though Nadal will be hunting for Federer's blood at Wimbledon

I agree with Pete Sampras: he was the greatest player ever before today; winning the French Open only confirms it without doubt.

I am extremely happy today. To be honest, I had almost given up on seeing Federer ever lift the coupe de mousquetaires.

All we need now is a Nadal-Federer Wimbledon Final (may be hard with Nadal's lack of Grass events leading up to Wimbledon) but for Federer to win and break the record there, it would be something special.

Then Murray to win the US open. :hehe:

Come on Rog, don't want that mardy turd Murray to win... although i do like watching him play. Shame about Nadal :( last year's final was so epic, Federer to beat Murray in it this year please!

It's disappointing for tennis not to have the defending champion at Wimbledon, but at least means there's one less grunter, pusher and time waster playing. Moreover, Nadal's absence really highlights just how good Federer's run of twenty consecutive Grandslam semi-finals or better really is. Federer is a much more efficient mover around the court, and looks after his schedule much better.

That has nothing to do with it, although i'm part Scottish anyway, and i didn't like Henman either! :hehe:

I just realised that 'mardy' is pretty local slang... maybe 7up and racechick will have heard it before. :Phttp://www.urbandictionary.com/define.php?term=mardy

It's disappointing not to have Mario Ančić in Wimbledon either. He is the last man (before Nadal last year) who won match against Federer in Wimbledon, I think it was in 2002. He's a great serve and volley player and he's always good in All England Club.

But we have Čilić. It was great match yesterday against Querry on the Center court.

With Nadal's absence Federer will win this year Wimbledon and brake Sampras's record of 15 Grand Slams. It's such a pity for Rafa no to be in Wimbledon. I'm great fun of his, and I was looking forward to the Nadal-Federer final once again.

This could be a pretty good match (Murray/Roddick)... Federer just made beating Haas look pretty damn easy!
