Kimi seems to have the ferrari working better so far this weekend, so unless Massa puts in one of his stunners I now think
1st Kimi
2nd Hamilton
3rd Massa

Great job by Davidson in qualifying. Really nice to see Super Aguri doing so well. I wonder what they would have achieved if all their funding had come through this year as they said they had to scale back their development thanks to sponsors not coughing up

LH on dirty side, so KR (who has improved his starts quite a bit recently) may have a shot...

Yeah, was thinking that myself. It's a little like Suzuka where you aren't really at a disadvantage taking pole position, infact, if you are good with the clutch, it's almost an advantage.

It's difficult to read what will happen tomorrow regarding the pit stops. Raikkonen no doubt made a few mistakes which could have cost him pole. And I'm not sure Alonso made a smart move by deciding to go with the harder spec tyre.

I think the race will be closer than I anticipated, however, I think the consistency of the Ferrari's in a race situation is better and that should show through and get them a 1-2 finish, unless one or two not impossible reliabilty issues creep into matters. It's important McLaren don't finish anything less than 3-4 in these Ferrari-suited tracks.

Massa will easily be first of the line, and from there, do as he does, and build a huge lead.

But 2nd and 3rd will be where the action is. lewis, is on the dirty side, but has the inside line, while Kimi has the clean side but outside. So i think thats the battle to watch.

Davidison i say has a good chance of a points finish. Sato started 13th in spain, and ended up 8th, so this could prove a good race for him.

I forgot to mention Davidson, shamefully. It was an excellent qualifying display. He drove beyond what the car was capable off with precision and smoothness. He started the season slightly slow, however, in the last couple of races he has shown us what he can do, somewhat like Kovalainen at Renault.

Yes Davidson did well good! He really pushed in that 3Rd sector. I was diasappointed when he got knocked off the top ten but then again sometimes 11th is better than 10th. He can now rethink his strategy. I'd love him to do welll he deserves it
