Also will one of the newbies sign Jacques Villeneuve; he's eyeing up a possible place on the F1 grid for next year after his NASCAR exploits.

Villeneuve just doesn't have the edge for F1 anymore.


Prove it.


He's 38 which is bang on retirement age in F1. The last time he was in F1 3 years ago he couldn't keep up with Nick Heidfeld who in turn has a hard enough time keeping up with Robert Kubica.

Don't get me wrong I was a fan of Villeneuve back in the day but he was not up to the challenge 3 years ago so how will he be up for it now?

That said, he could become Formula One world champion again in 2010 when it's Williams versus eleven go-karting teams. :hehe:

JV was pretty good in his prime yet lets not forget he was in the best car also when he won the WDC.
