I'm setting off tonight... well 4am. It's going to be a long slog down from Scotland... time to annoy the service station people.

Am I the only person desperate for rain on Sunday? I can't remember the last decent dry race in Silverstone, and given the last few races of this season we could use a drop or two.

Was there in 2004,2005,2006 and as far as i can remember it rained from wed-fri then cleaared up and race day was a scorcher.

was it 2005 that had the stupid quali format of 2 sessions with 1 car at a time with the fastest from the first session going last in the second session. The teames were expecting rain towards the end of the second session so the first session became a competition to see who could go slowest, with Schumacher who was the first out in the first session 'accidentally' spinning just before he crossed the line.

Yeaah.... I had some guy in a shop try to tell me his bank charged him for depositing scottish notes.
