Just got the bill for my 19hr stay in the hospital are your ready? $22K :yikes: !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Now I can understand how my stepfather went through all of our family savings, insurance policy causing us to have to refinance our paid off home. No wonder doctors drive Ferrari's, Porsches and such it's because they are leaches but atleast I have a 'do NOT resuscitate' clause in my living will. Working out the financial assistance part at the moment and awaiting the app from a charity org that could very well pay up to 100%, the waiting game begins  .

holy s***!! Do you have insurance?

No I dont :( . The pisser is that works out to $1157.00 per hour for being left alone for hours at a time while nothing is done, I was just another number and paycheck to them and I'm mad as hell :irked: !!!!!

Did you see any hot nurses?

The nurse who gave me my first ultrasound was HOT!! After about 3 applications of that cold cold jell they use I told her 'ok if your gonna use that stuff again atleast buy me dinner first' which got a great smile and little giggle from her. The best part was when she toweled me down, there was a hint of wood :hehe::thumbup: !!!

That you all for your support and I'm feeling 100% better :) .

$22k is crazy money, at least you can get some help with it! Figures like that make me think that i'm actually so glad we have the NHS over here, despite all it's negative points.

Update: I'm almost sure I have found out the reason for my BP issue, too much sodium. My mum has/ had high BP and did not inform me until this morning :irked: that too much sodium lead's to high BP!! I drank ALOT of Gatorade which is very high in sodium and eat LeanCuisines because of their portion size and lower sodium content and low fat/calorie content. I have lost almost 15lb's and dropped two pants sizes over the last 2-3 months just by eating better, lot's of fruit's and veggie's yet it seam's I was counter acting that progress with the processed LeanCuisines and Gatorade :( .

I also varified this info via the internet: http://www.mayoclinic.com/health/sodium/NU00284 . So I guess now it's back to alot more fresh steamed veggies, turkey burgers and even more fruity goody's which is fine with me. When I worked out bigtime I learned alot about nutrition but apparently not enough. One positive aspect is this situation means I get to grill every week once again

Anyway I just thought I would share this info with everyone and less than two week's to go before my big date with Vanessa, the main reason I took on this pursuit of a more healthy lifestyle, a great woman does that to you! :D
