LOL Man I need to get my Scaletrix set out of the loft now :(

I got mine out over Christmas when relatives were over and set up a 4 lane track in my room. :)

Which cars did you have?

My cars were all F1 cars;

Benetton B189 (my first scalextric car, still works well although it's down on power)
1987 Lotus (hard to control around corners, probably because of turbo power)
1995 Ferrari (tyres were knackered just about)
Williams FW11 (very fast in a straight line)
Williams FW16 with Damon's No.5 from 1996 (don't know why they never bothered making an FW18)
1990 Tyrrell 020 (amazing grip on corners)
McLaren MP4/10 (my cousin who is obsessed with Hamilton used this car all the time)
Minardi M192 (yes, they made a Minardi!)

Man when I was a kid I used to want to buy those in the stores... But I had more of an obsession with the Railways so it was Hornby.

But that's and awesome collection!

Good array of cars there. :thumbup: I've got the B194 and FW16 that came in a set, that's all for F1 stuff though, i think anyway.

Oh, were they 'official' scalextric ones? I got this one car from a different brand, i think Ninco or something - it had a more powerful motor and magnets and used to trounce everything else; appropriate really, it was a model of the Ueno Clinic McLaren F1 that won Le Mans. 8-) Got more too, i think an Oreca Viper, have to dig them out the garage though!

Scalextric and Brawn have found another way to steal my money. They know full well I'll never be able to resist the BrawnGP Double Pack (With the Track Included). Damn them and their interesting products :banghead:
