Hello all
I'm new in more ways than one.... new to this site and relatively new as a follower of F1. My husband has always loved the sport and it wasn't until I met him 6 years ago that I began to get interested myself. This 'interest' has grown from 'oh no do we have to watch this boring race where cars just whirl round the track' to 'sorry hun I couldn't wait to watch the F1 highlights with you when you came back from work - I just HAD to watch the race!!'
My enjoyment of F1 has increased with my understanding of the sport, particularly over the last 3 years, and the more I learn the more I get hooked! It was great to see Lewis Hamilton do so well last year, but I've always been a Jenson Button girl at heart. It's been pure magic watching him and the new Brawn GP team do so well this year.
I'll look forward to meeting all the members on this site and learning even more about F1! I hope I can add to the site with useful, witty and interesting posts too...

When all else fails - have a nice cuppa tea!
