Disappointing for McLaren to see Hamilton crash out; the team were on for a podium this weekend. I think Hamilton was a little bit unlucky, perhaps partly down to KERS. I expect either a flurry of self-flagellating excuses or consoling words from McLaren on the matter.

Kovalainen is decent round Monte Carlo, but Hamilton was the better bet.

Hamilton produces some moments of brilliance, and then some moments of complete stupidity. He really needs to iron out these gaffes in his driving.

Yeh well good effort from Hekki, Button pretty unbelivible.

Hopfully lewis should be able to do somthing from the back, perhaps even pull of a Pannis :P

Pretty big mistake tho gutted

I really thought Williams were going to get it right in Q3 and end up on the front two rows today. Both Rosberg and Nakajima have showed good speed all weekend, but I guess that just wasn't enough. Definitely surprised by Raikkonen - I thought it would have been second row at best for the Ferraris, but that was a good showing. Fuel may have played a part but if he can get a decent gap to the car behind then he could well be on for a podium and, if Jenson has bad luck, even a win.

Also, congratulations to Force India for getting both cars through to Q2 today and to Kovalainen for finally having a good qualifying session. Let's hope he's got a decent amount of fuel onboard and can get a good result tomorrow. :)

Is anybody brave enough to predict the winner? :P
