The way I see it is that Dennis and Hamilton wll be over this by the time they get back from break. Poor old Alonso though, because of his fragile temperament, is going to suffer repercussions for a while to come. These are likely to show up as erratic driving and lapses in concentration, which will not help him obviously. In the meantime (the next couple of weeks) I would not be surprised if he DID renege on his contract with McLaren in a typical fit of pique.

It's Ron's fault for lying and trying to cover it all up in the first place.

The poll didn't print as I intended, but I tend to agree that Dennis screwed up in his handling of the situation.

Hamilton`s fault for being a Judas. Dennis responsibility for having lost the control of the situation in his own team. And a new demonstration of the level of corruption in maFIA...

A bit of blame with everyone...but I'll vote Dennis for trying to cover it all up

Not one person is to blame. Hamilton should have done as he was told and Alonso shouldn't have done what he did. The FIA used the whole situation as an excuse to penalise McLaren for no reason.

FA was throwing his toys out of the pram while parked in the pits and RD didn't react in time and keep everything under control. The two main culprits got what they deserved.

What was Ron Dennis supposed to do? Go and push Alonso's car out of the pit box? The fact is everybody on the pit wall was waving for Alonso to leave and he refused. As he's the only one in control of the car, nobody else could have done a thing. I notice you fail to mention Hamilton's part in the saga? But I suppose it fits into your agenda.

RD could have told FA via radio in a 'firm' way to f...king leave the pits NOW!

And do you think he could have listened? He didn't obey the team when everybody was waving like there was a swarm of bees around them for Alonso to shift his arse so he wasn't going to listen over the radio either.

Well, at least it would have been on record and the Stewards wouldn't have penalized RD/McLaren.

If I had to say then it would be Alonso, as his was the only action that if not taken would have saved everything. I hope that makes sense?
