At the moment, only Alonso has really shown signs of having potential to go down in the history books as a great, in my opinion. A lot of the current drivers need more years and more spectacular performances. There's no doubting that they're awesome, but will they go down as greats?

The thing is i wouldnt class anyone out of the current formula 1 drivers as a great. I believe a couple have the potential to be a Great. But i dont think anyone is there. Kimi and Bara would be the closest imo to greatness in formula 1 at the moment

Barrichello? Not Alonso?

No i think Bara has more off an ora about him, as for Alonso not yet i think he has alot more to give, he is one of the potential greats, to be a great i think ya have to do alot more than win 2 world championships, i also sometimes think his attitude gets the better of him, i dunno why he reminds me of Ronaldo

Barrichello has won significantly less than Alonso, who you say needs to win more to be a great.

i also said its the ora bara gives, if ya look up the people Bara contested against then ya can see why he never won i title, i never called Bara a great, but i did say i believe his the closest with Kimi.

I think if ya look at Fernando potential he has some much more to give than he already has, i wouldnt call him a great yet.

He wasn't allowed to even remotely try that either, Barrichello had plenty of days when he would make Schumacher look second best, and then the call would come from Jean Todt to move over. ie. Austria 2002.

Formula 1 in is the most watched motorsport series in the world.

its got the best drivers and the fastest cars.

i'm enjoying this season, last season was great also.

The only think i'm abit miffed is with the FIA.

Wheres the problem?

Actually you could say your equal to Indy. Indy cars are quicker by the way, they are actually designed to Jets. If you listen to one, they sound different from a F1 car. I hve a friend who is in charge at Panther Racing.

Indy cars are not quicker by F1 cars by a long shot.

They're also radically less advanced.
