Sounds intriguing! Just wondering how the presumably thousands of share holders would be included in the decision-making processes...

Each share would intitle you to 1 vote.
Any decision put to vote would be sent out and shareholders would have the right to voice.
Same as simple yes / no would be via a poll services which would account for the amount of votes by that person.
Lets make clear that we are seeking major sponsers and only part of the funding will be coming from the fans.
We do not expect 40 million fans to give £1.

Something like that.
I do not know what the price of the shares would be or if and when they would go on sale.
But if I had 10 shares and you had 100 you would 10 * the the say I would.
I understand that the shares will not be sold until everything is in place.
Also all I have put here is my opinion and not that of the team.

I like the fact that no one want money until it is up and running. sounds less like a scam that way

no doubt be will make you lose the f1 from the name, if thats true

FAR too much organization required you'd need to get a hell of a lot of people or a fair few rich people.

As for the name of the team Again that would go to vote.
Also the main sponsor would have a BIG say to. So to prevent conflict with the branding.
